Why does Haruka use "male" speech (ex. she uses the pronouns "boku" and "kimi")?

She likes to flirt with cute girls and make them think she's a guy

Her parents tried to raise her as a boy

When growing up, she always saw herself as not pretty or cute enough to get a boyfriend, she prefered them as simple buddies and decided to become more like them; if boys were simple friends that was fine, if girls liked her as a handsome prince she could be admired and seen as an idol. She's really Prince Uranus ^_~ (note: this is meant as a joke, SOS made up a story about the prince of Uranus being reincarnated as Haruka that was basically a bunch of BS and should not be believed)

Because she's a tomboy, of course! She tries to be like a boy in every way possible, so that includes her speech as well. (sent in by naia_zifu@geocities.com)

Because Haruka portrays the "masculine' part of the relationship, she is your typicla, well, maybe more than typical tomboy-go figure. (sent in by haruka1981@sailormoon.com)

Send in your answers to the question, humorous or serious, and I'll post them here. I only ask that you try to use proper grammer (capitalization, punctuation, spelling, etc.) and not too much profanity, and be aware that others will be reading it (if I think your submission will be really offensive to a lot of people, I may not put it up). ^_^
