This is a webring for Michiru/Neptune and Haruka/Uranus-related sites. Sites in the ring may be centered on either one or on both of them, general outer senshi shrines are also okay but not general Sailor Moon sites. Also, I do ask a certain standard in pages--please try to have a page with decent spelling and grammar, that isn't too slow loading, doesn't have a lot of broken links, has some content, and is not just a collection of graphics that can be found anywhere. If I think your site doesn't meet this criteria, I will probably ask you to resubmit your site after you've worked on it a little bit more. ^_^
